Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped Priority Mail through USPS unless otherwise stated or discussed. Shipping charges should always reflect current USPS pricing, don't hesitate to contact us if you place an order and notice otherwise. Larger orders totaling more than $45 will ship free, no additional costs to you!
We have always shipped through the postal service and continue to choose their service as they have always taken great care of your orders! Not one order all over the US has yet to arrive broken. We thank the postal service for their care!
Returns & Exchanges
In many cases we will accept returns or exchanges- please let us know if you have issues or complaints with your order. Pieces that arrive broken or defective in any way are always eligible for an exchange, please contact the shop within 3 days of the date of arrival on your order tracking.
If for some reason you are simply not happy with your order we will work with you to find a solution. Again, please contact the shop within 3 days of receiving your order. Orders with special customizations do not apply.
Wholesale Inquiries
We are always willing to discuss wholesale in the terms of "bulk" orders. If you are looking for large quantities of certain pieces please contact us.
